We’ll help you identify the one strategic tweak needed in your offer, event, or enrollment process so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and certainty
What changes things is almost never a new tactic. it's someone from the outside looking at what you've built and telling you, plainly, what they see

We're Brandon and Michelle Barber. Between us, twenty-five years of building coaching businesses and helping other people build theirs.
We work as a pair, and that's deliberate. Brandon tends to go straight at the structure — the offer, the mechanics, the thing that isn't holding weight. Michelle tends to hear what's underneath it — the hesitation, the story you've been telling yourself about why it hasn't worked yet.

Free · 30 minutes · Booking closes July 31
The calendar closes July 31, and we're only holding a limited number of sessions.
No. There's no pitch at the end and no offer waiting on the other side of it. Here's the honest version of why we do these: some people, after a conversation like this, want help putting the thing into practice, and a few of them ask. That's the whole model. It only works if the call is genuinely useful on its own — so it is. If you never speak to us again, you'll still leave with something you can use.
Thirty minutes. We keep to it. It's enough if you come prepared and it's a good forcing function for both of us.
Bring one question — the single thing that, if you had a clear answer to it, would change what you do next month. That's it. We'd rather go deep on one than skim five.
Probably not. The people who wait until things are sorted don't book, because things are never sorted — there's always one more launch, one more fix. And the fix you're waiting to finish is often the wrong one, which is exactly what thirty minutes would have told you. The half-built version is the useful version.
Let us know and we'll move it if there's room. Sessions are limited, so if you can't make it, releasing the slot means someone else can use it.
July 31. We're not running these again for a while.
